Welcome to Lunavene — a sanctuary built not just for shopping, but for belonging. By accessing or purchasing from our storefront, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms exist not to intimidate, but to protect every soul who enters this space — including you.

1. General Use & Eligibility

Lunavene is open to all. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to make purchases or register for a membership tier. By completing a purchase or creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A Terms of Service acknowledgment checkbox is required at checkout. Completing your purchase constitutes your full agreement to these Terms.

2. Membership Tiers & Access

Lunavene operates on a four-tier access structure. All discount and access logic is applied automatically via customer account tags in our backend systems.

Starling — Public Tier ($0/mo) The Starling tier is available to all registered customers at no cost. Starlings receive:

A 2% flat discount applied automatically at checkout
Access to the public @Lunavene community space for brand news and updates
12-hour delayed access to event-exclusive inventory and restocks
Monthly Restoration (Auto-Rebuy) available in 30-day intervals

Shooting Star — Active Tier ($10/mo) Shooting Stars are active members of the Lunavene community. Shooting Stars receive:

A 5% flat discount applied automatically via customer tag at checkout
24-hour early access to all event-exclusive inventory and restocks
Access to the Lunavene community space
Monthly Restoration (Auto-Rebuy) available in 30 and 60-day intervals

Supernova — Apex Tier ($25/mo) The Supernova tier is strictly limited to 250 active subscribers at any time. When capacity is full, prospective members may join the official waitlist. As seats become available due to cancellations or conduct removals, waitlisted applicants will be invited in order of registration. Supernovas receive:

A 10% flat discount applied automatically via customer tag at checkout
48-hour early access to all event-exclusive inventory and restocks
Exclusive Direct Message VIP Support via the private @LunaveneVault account, monitored Monday–Friday, 11AM–5PM CT
Access to the Deep Space Shop — an exclusive collection hidden from non-member browsing (Work in Progress — Not available at launch)
Monthly Restoration (Auto-Rebuy) available in 30, 60, and 90-day intervals

Public (Unregistered) Unregistered visitors may browse and purchase from the Lunavene storefront without a membership account. Standard pricing applies.

3. Universal Standards

Free Shipping: Free shipping is guaranteed for every customer who shops at Lunavene, regardless of membership tier, order size, or location. No minimum purchase required.

Monthly Restoration (Auto-Rebuy): Every item in the Lunavene Floorplan features a Monthly Restoration button, allowing customers to schedule automatic reorders on their preferred rhythm — 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on their tier. You may modify or cancel your Auto-Rebuy schedule at any time before the next scheduled fulfillment date.

4. Membership Billing & Cancellation

All membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a paid membership tier, you authorize Lunavene to charge your payment method on a monthly cycle.

The Subscription Shield: All membership fees for Shooting Star and Supernova tiers are strictly non-refundable. Access to member benefits — including community spaces, VIP support, and exclusive inventory access — is granted immediately upon payment. The value of your membership is considered fully delivered at the moment of charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

5. Zero-Tolerance Policy & Fraud

Lunavene operates under a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for fraudulent activity of any kind.

Any determination of fraudulent claims, deliberate damage or mutilation of items for financial gain, or any form of bad-faith conduct will result in the immediate invocation of the Zero-Tolerance Policy. Under this policy:

No refund will be issued under any circumstances
This includes any active membership fees
The account will be subject to permanent banishment

Lunavene reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in cases of confirmed fraud.

6. The Banishment & Forfeiture Clause

The Founder reserves the absolute right to permanently ban any individual from the Lunavene storefront, the @LunaveneVault VIP space, or any associated community spaces for the following conduct violations:

Disrespect, aggression, or harassment directed toward the Founder, Management Team, or fellow customers
Any attempt to inject political conflict, racial division, sexual debate, or social discord into Lunavene's spaces — a breach of The Neutrality Shield, which exists to protect the collective peace of the Sanctuary

The Penalty: Upon banishment for any conduct violation, all active membership fees are subject to immediate forfeiture. No refunds will be issued to accounts subject to banishment. Banishment is permanent and non-negotiable.

7. Support & Community Channels

Lunavene operates two official channels:

@Lunavene (Public): Our public-facing brand presence. Direct Messages are permanently locked to prevent unsolicited contact. Community monitoring and brand announcements are shared here.

@LunaveneVault (Private — Supernova Exclusive): Our protected VIP support account. Follower requests are manually vetted against verified order numbers. DMs are monitored strictly during operational hours: Monday–Friday, 11AM–5PM CT.

Support outside of these hours will be addressed on the next available operational day.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

Lunavene reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the storefront or membership services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes.
