At Lunavene, free shipping is not a reward. It is a right. Every order placed in our Sanctuary ships free, regardless of membership tier, order size, or location. No minimum purchase. No exceptions. No fine print.
Processing & Handling
Orders are processed Monday–Friday during our operational hours of 11AM–5PM CT. Orders placed outside of these hours, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next available operational day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery windows vary based on your location and the carrier assigned to your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
